Quality and compliance

What a buyer, a donor or an evaluation committee can check: our quality system, what we do not do, and how every request is reviewed before an offer is made.

Quality management system

Standard
ISO 9001
Status
ISO 9001:2026 certification in progress
Scope
Design, manufacture and operation of drones

Our quality management system covers the organisation, not a product. Its processes cover the design, manufacture and operation of our drones.

What we do not do

AerialMetric does not design, manufacture or operate weapon or interception systems. Its drones are unarmed and dedicated to observation, monitoring and mapping.

Export control

Every request is reviewed by the company’s management — country, end user, intended use — against the applicable regulations, before any offer is made. A request that does not pass this review receives no offer.

To help the review, state the country, the end user and the intended use in your request.

International projects: what applies

Flight authorisations. Our flights take place under the authorisation of the civil aviation authority of the country where we fly, obtained before flights begin.

Flights in the European Union. We do not claim an EU class marking (C0 to C6) for the S330. A flight in the European Union is assessed case by case with the competent national authority, under the EU drone rules (Regulation (EU) 2019/947).

Export of drones and technology. The review described above applies the regulations in force, including, where they apply, the EU dual-use export regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/821) and the rules of the country of destination.

Mission data. Images and data collected by our drones are handled under the conditions set in each contract. The Privacy page covers only the data sent through this site's forms.

Contracting entity. Depending on the contract, it is signed by AerialMetric Ltd (Mauritius), AirProd, AirLog (Madagascar) or AerialMetric SAS (France); the offer names the contracting entity. See Where we operate.

Documents for a tender

On request, for a tender or a post-qualification review, we provide reference letters and the administrative documents of the bidding entity.

Group companies and their registration numbers are listed on the Company page; our contracts on the Track record page.
